Deep in the winter blues of 2024 came the idea of KJ's Beach Club, a dreamy fictional destination born from my passion for vibrant aesthetics and beachside memories. For as long as I can remember, I've envisioned a haven where I could showcase my love for playful bag charms and accessories.

Inspired by the lively spirit of summer vacations spent in beach clubs, I sought to encapsulate that joy in a storefront. The allure of souvenir shops nestled within beachside havens always captivated me with their array of fun and colorful treasures. Thus, the concept of KJ's Beach Club was born—a whimsical oasis where the most delightful accessories adorn the shelves of our imaginary souvenir shop.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of most of our products, there is a processing period of 3-5 business days for all purchases to allow for time to make the items. We will work with urgency to make sure we shorten this period as much as we can. Orders with customization may require additional time.

Following this processing period, we utilize both USPS and UPS for shipping. At checkout, you may specify your preference between these carriers.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic delivery, while express shipping usually arrives within 1-2 business days. For international orders, we offer the option to calculate rates at checkout with delivery times averaging between 7-14 business days. Please be aware that these delivery times are estimates, as we rely on courier services once packages are in their care.

In the event that your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we advise contacting the courier promptly for assistance with tracking. Once an order is marked as delivered, our responsibility for its whereabouts concludes.

You have 7 business days from the day of delivery to file for a return. Returns are refunded to the original payment method if eligible, minus a restocking fee.

Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is mandatory for all return transactions. This fee covers the costs incurred for the replacement of shipping materials and the labor involved in processing returns.

Exchanges are processed by returning the item and repurchasing with store credit. Items need to be returned in original condition with no signs of use or damage. Items returned not in this condition will be rejected and returned back to you. Please email us to get return authorization. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
